Lindsey Baek was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, surrounded by films, music, and art. That early immersion shaped her pursuit of “a decent creative job that would let her travel the world.” In her teens, she was set on becoming a violinist, until a persistent feeling told her that she somehow needed to be in New York.
She followed that instinct to the School of Visual Arts, and somewhere between classes, she found herself captivated by the billboards and film campaigns lighting up Times Square. That obsession pulled her into advertising, a move that opened doors to work across agencies, brands, and industries, each time chasing work that’s not just eye-catching, but meaningful and lasting.
When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her deep in a youtube rabbit hole, collecting vinyl at record stores, or getting her daily dose of serotonin at local dog parks.
